Zagreb Kilometre Zero

The Kilometre Zero marker in Zagreb is a small circular plaque in the ground next to the Ban Josip Jelačić monument in the main square.

Ban Josip Jelačić is a Croatian National Hero. A lieutenant field marshal in the Imperial Austrian Army and subsequently politician, he was Ban (Provincial Governor) of Croatia between 1848 and 1859

I believe an earlier version of the 0km marker was in front of St Mark's church, but the area was closed off when I visited. Can any Croatian friends verify this? Please contact me if you can.
